These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Digital Daze website at www.digitaldaze.com.au (the "Site") and our services (collectively, the "Services"). Digital Daze Pty Ltd (referred to throughout this document as "we") provides these Services.

• Refunds in line with Australian Consumer Law (e.g., 30-day cooling-off where applicable).

7. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, including the Australian Consumer Law:

• We disclaim all warranties (express or implied), except those implied by law that cannot be excluded.
• Our liability is limited to $100 AUD or the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.
• We are not liable for indirect damages (e.g., lost profits), except for consumer guarantees.

9. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Disputes shall be resolved in Brisbane courts.
